1861 12th Ave, located in the Cranford neighborhood, is a 1939 Tudor Revival style brick bungalow, characterized by its steep roof and metal frame windows, and oozing with charm. It was built about 1939 and occupied from 1943 – 1962 by Fred and Ollie Noffsinger. Fred Noffsinger founded the Noffsinger Manufacturing Company. Farm machinery developed and patented by his company was used around the world.  That’s right… A true piece of Greeley Colorado history! As such, it was placed on the Greeley Historic Register in 2003 by the City of Greeley.
