What is Colorado Gives Day?
Colorado Gives Day is an annual statewide movement to celebrate and increase philanthropy in Colorado through online giving.
For the fifth consecutive year, Community First Foundation and FirstBank are partnering to present Colorado Gives Day on Tuesday, December 9, 2014. Donations are accepted through ColoradoGives.org. For the first year ever, the partners of Colorado Gives day have created a $1 million Incentive Fund.
What is the Colorado Gives Day $1 Million Incentive Fund?
To motivate donors to give on Colorado Gives Day, Community First Foundation and FirstBank partnered to create a $1 Million Incentive Fund. The incentive fund, one of the largest giving-day incentive funds in the country, proportionally increases the value of every dollar donated. For example, if a nonprofit organization receives 10 percent of the total donations made on Colorado Gives Day, that same nonprofit receives 10 percent of the $1 Million Incentive Fund. The 2014 Incentive Fund is 300 percent larger than last year!

Go online to ColoradoGives.org. Use the recurring donation feature to schedule a one time donation on Colorado Gives Day – December 9, 2014. Only donations scheduled for December 9 will qualify for a boost from the $1 million Incentive Fund.
Can I see the results of Colorado Gives Day in 2013?

Does Silver Fern Homes participate?
Dallice donates 5% of gross commission earned to non-profits by the end of each calendar year, as part of the Silver Fern Homes Pay It Forward Program. If you were a client who closed a transaction in 2014 you will receive a letter in early December, asking you where you’d like to see the donation go. The benefit of letting us know by December 6th* where the donation should go, is that we can use Colorado Gives day to boost the donation! Not to worry if clients miss the December 6th deadline, the donations will still be made later in December.
