Gold Run – Central Boulder Condos surrounded by Nature
I have long been touting the virtues of Gold Run condos. Built in the 1980’s alongside Boulder Creek, this complex offers what you will not find anywhere else. A great location for central boulder condos – walking distance to the 29th St Mall, CU and other shopping and dining options. Easy access to the Boulder Creek Multi-use path and commuter routes such as Foothills Pkwy , 30th St, 28th St/Hwy 36 to and Arapahoe Ave.
These central Boulder condos at Gold Run include just over 360 units. Most are 1-2 bedroom but there are a group of 3-4 bedroom townhouses along the south side on Springdale Ln too. Yes, you can find 1-4 bedroom condos and apartments all along the frontage road parallel to 28th St and walkable to CU… But you will not find them spaced out on rolling grass, featuring the sound of the rushing creek or with hundreds of mature trees lending shade and beauty, like at Gold Run. It is unique. A slice of nature right outside your door that disguises just how close to city life it really is.
But don’t just take my word for it…
This is the where nature (wild deer) intersects with the central Boulder condos community gardens. These two handsome guys feasted on lush organic vegetables and herbs until they were gently shooed away. Tomatoes seemed to be a favorite and not the fruit, but the tender tips of the plants!
