It has been an amazing year and I have much to be grateful for. Silver Fern Homes and the way we do business was transformed and upgraded this year. In January, when business goals were set, and I intentionally planned for a year that sacrificed time off, in order to undergo big changes. Silver Fern Homes streamlined our tried and tested systems, to take even better care of our clients. We added to our team of elite and experienced service providers. These now include folks from title, lending, transaction coordination, business coach/adviser, showing services, bookkeeping and accounting professionals. We created and fostered valuable “on call ” relationships with plumbing, electrical and energy advisers and handyman contractors.
Silver Fern Homes added Property Management to its services this year too… By request! Providing rental clients and landlords with personal service has been a surprisingly rewarding endeavor. We are very blessed to have an incredibly experienced property manager and investor as a mentor/partner and we look forward to serving the needs of our clients with the dedication and integrity that they have come to expect. 🙂
As you can see, a new and very much improved Silver Fern Homes website was up and running in 2013. It was custom created with ALL types of learners and users in mind. If you can’t find what you need or want on this new site in 30 seconds or less, I would be very surprised. And you need to tell me, so I can fix it! We built the new Silver Fern Homes website with the idea of helping people who are smart, but short of time and have an appreciation for intuitive, user friendly tools and valuable material. Feedback is always welcome.
And lastly, the Pay It Forward program that Silver Fern Homes started in 2007 continues to thrive. I was delighted this year to make contributions totaling more than $XXX to local non-profits. Supporting our community members young and old, the environment and the animal companions/wildlife of the Front Range, is a privilege and honor.
Phew! Busy year, but incredibly valuable and very productive. 🙂
So as you read this, picture me taking time away from the office, relaxing and celebrating with friends and family. I am raising a glass and toasting you, the people who have made it all possible. More importantly, those of you who continue to make it enjoyable. I love my job and my community!
2014 is going to be amazing and I can’t wait to lead Silver Fern Homes into another new year.
