Women Home Buyers
Not only are we seeing more and more singles becoming first time home buyers, but it appears that women are making that commitment more often than men – despite the gender pay gap disadvantage. Nice work ladies!
I am currently working with 5 single ladies who are looking to buy. Two are first time home buyers, the other two are more seasoned. One young lady is on the look out for her 4th property!
