In an effort to reduce the number of old (working) refrigerators out there, Xcel is offering Colorado residents a bonus to get rid of them.
You know the ones I’m talking about…. That old clunker that came with the house I helped you buy or unsightly appliance I will advise getting rid of before I help you sell. It’s permanently parked in the garage. We may have delighted in adding the second refrigerator to the contract to buy and you probably honestly thought you would make better use of it than you actually do. But now it’s costing you every month with your energy bill. It’s taking up room, making noise, smells bad and won’t last much longer anyway!
