Balance in Boulder Real Estate

Boulder Real Estate

I have been in Boulder for over 8 years and have been a full-time Realtor since the month I arrived.

The Boulder real estate (and indeed whole Front Range) community is a rare and beautiful gift. I have found the people here are intelligent, friendly and environmentally conscious. They embrace with gratitude, the amazing back yard we have to play in.

I get it.

I have lived in 4 different countries and tried out 5 different careers. Nothing has compared to the privilege of living in this area and busting my butt in real estate!

I am home and I am thankful that every day my job and passion allows me to help others make the greater Boulder real estate area their home too.

If you do not feel yourself growing in your work and your life broadening and deepening,
if your task is not a perpetual tonic to you,
you have not found your place.”

Boulder Real Estate Guidance

As you might have guessed, I’m not overly analytical. Don’t get me wrong… I can and do analyze, but this Boulder Realtor recognizes that like life, real estate is a balance.

I encourage and help my buyers and sellers to crunch the numbers, but also to trust themselves and listen to that little voice inside.

Not every property makes sense simply because the spreadsheet says it does. What does make sense, is to identify what is important to you… regardless of if it can be quantified and without needing to justify.

I’m fine if you absolutely must have super friendly neighbors, or the tree in the backyard reminds you of the one you climbed as a kid, or that despite its great price, the basement of the home creeps you out! I’m not so fine if you tell me 2 months after closing that you really wished you’d bought “the other house”. It’s your money, your quality of life and your big decision.

My role is to give you as much information as I can, to guide you through the dozens of small steps toward buying/selling and to make this process as stress-free (and fun) as possible.
It is my job to listen and understand what is important to you. Then help you get the home that meets those needs, regardless of what they are.
