Looking for new construction? Difficult to find isn’t it?

Most builders have no current inventory and when you sign up to buy a “dirt start” home, it will be at least 8 months and most likely MUCH longer, before you will be moving in. That makes it difficult to sell the existing house in this seller’s market and fairly well impossible to lock in today’s low interest rate on your loan.
